5. How can I pay for a ticket?

Payment will be done at the end of the booking process to complete the booking. You can use the following methods of payment: SOFORT Online Bank Transfer, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal.

6. Will I receive a ticket for a flight?

After booking the passenger receives a booking confirmation to his email address. 24 hours prior departure a flight brief is sent containing all the necessary information for a pleasant trip: names of the terminals, aircraft details, local contact points.

Tickets can be booked on and through its affiliates as well as on meta search websites such as Skyscanner, Momondo, KAYAK, Cheapflights, etc

10. What is the cancellation policy?

If a flight is cancelled or postponed by the passenger, a cancellation fee will apply:
From booking date until 7 days prior to departure - 25%
Between 7 and 2 days prior to departure - 75%
From 2 days prior to departure or no-show - 100%

12. Who supervises my flight?

JetClass Operations team supervises flight organization to let you enjoy your flight. All flights are operated by leading European carriers.

13. What is included in the ticket cost?

Our prices cover all amenities of the flight with no additional charges, such as catering, drinks, passenger taxes, newspapers and baggage.

14. What types of jets are used on routes?

15. Which Terminal do I have to come to?

All flights depart/arrive at the General Aviation Terminal at the relevant Airport. Exact designation and meeting point will be mentioned on E-Ticket.

16. How does Check-In and Baggage drop-off work?

Handling Agency will welcome the passenger at their info desk 15 minutes before your departure. Baggage will be handed over to the handling agent, who will ensure that the baggage is carefully stored at the Aircraft's baggage compartment.

17. What is the allowance of my checked baggage?

The standard baggage allowance of 1 piece does not exceed the airline standard-size of 158cm (height + width + depth) and 25 kg of weight.
The 1 cabin-sized bag (40cm x 30cm x 10cm) does not exceed 10 kg of weight.

18. How much does additional baggage cost?

Due to the limited baggage compartment of the Aircraft, the space for excess baggage is not available.

19. What if my baggage has been damaged or lost?

Carrier is liable to Passenger for destruction, loss or damage of baggage only if the damage resulted from Carrier's fault or that of Carrier's servants or agents and shall be limited to SDR 1.131,00 per passenger unless a higher value is declared to Carrier at check-in and the supplementary fee required is paid, in which case our liability would be limited to such value declared.

20. Is it possible to order Special Meals?

Standard VIP Catering as well as non-alcoholic and alcoholic open bar drinks are included by default. Special Meals, for example Vegetarian, Vegan, Halal, Gluten Intolerant, Diabetic, Kosher, Lactose Intolerant can be requested during the booking process.

21. At which time shall I be at the Airport latest?

Latest acceptable arrival at Handling Agency's Info Point is 15 minutes before departure. The recommended arrival time is 45-30 minutes before departure.

22. Can I select my seat before the flight?

Free seating is available during boarding.

23. Will there be WiFi on board and how much does it cost?

Generally there is no WiFi on board.

24. Is it allowed to use my mobile device during flight?

Regulated by the particular Captain on board, it will be announced during the flight if mobile devices are required to be set to flight mode or not.

25. If my flight was delayed/cancelled, where do I get information about it?

In case of expected delay exceeding 30 minutes or cancellation of the flight due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather conditions, technical issue), the customer will be informed proactively by phone call and/or sms from JetClass Customer Care Center.

26. Are there special prices for children (between 2 and 12 years old)?

The fares which were mentioned are valid for passengers of all ages.

27. What prices apply for infants (up to 2 years old) and do they have their own seat?

Due to cabin space standards infants on board are not permitted.

28. When will the payment be debited from my credit card account?

The full payment amount will be debited during successful booking process.

29. What is the latest date a ticket can be booked?

It depends on the availability of tickets, the latest possible reservation is 2 hours before flight departure.

30. Is smoking allowed on board?

Generally smoking on board is not allowed.

31. Are animals allowed on board?

The carriage of animals is regulated by special conditions of Transportation and, therefore, it requires JetClass' explicit acceptance in writing. Customer should make a detailed request to JetClass ( at least 5 business days in advance of the scheduled departure, otherwise such carriage may not be allowed.
